2020 FUN RUN & FUN FAIR
Save the date for WCCC’s premier fundraiser and community event!
The FUN RUN began in 1980 as a small pre-Boston Marathon race for WCCC preschool children. Today, hundreds of children and families enjoy non-competitive races for kids ages 2-12, carnival games, face painting, refreshments, a silent auction and raffle, book and stuffed animal sales, and representatives from area independent schools, camps, and family-friendly businesses. Event proceeds benefit the WCCC’s Early Childhood and After School programs.
Entrance Fee
Included in the entrance fee is a racer number bib which allows a child to run in a race or races, play all of the carnival games as many times as they would like, and get their face painted. Fees are as follows:
- Pre-Event (Online Payment) Entrance Fee for Children Ages 2-12: $15
- Day-Of Entrance Fee for Children Ages 2-12: $17
- Family Entrance Fee (for families with 4 or more children): $55
Grown-ups and children under 2 are free!

Thanks to the generosity of area businesses and WCCC families and staff, we will have many Silent Auction items at this year’s FUN RUN. Bidding starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends promptly at 11:45 a.m. Winners can pay by credit card, cash, or check and can take their prize home or leave contact information to retrieve it after the event.
Raffle
This year’s raffle includes many items for children and adults. Buy raffle tickets until 11:45 at the Raffle table: $5 each or $50 for an entire book of tickets.
